We completed the sale of a fully leased, three-building office portfolio comprising GroupHEALTH Place, MNP Place and Croydon Corporate Centre in South Surrey. Totalling 132,009 square feet, the portfolio brought together modern office buildings occupied by established businesses including GroupHEALTH, MNP and Regus. All three properties were fully occupied at the time of sale providing a strong foundation for long-term ownership. This substantial transaction showcases our experience in the sale of multi-property commercial investments.

We completed the sale of Rainbow Mall, a 55,357-square-foot retail centre on 3.27 acres in downtown Langley. Situated at Logan Avenue and Glover Road, beside Cascades Casino, the property combines extensive street frontage, convenient surface parking and an established retail setting. Its substantial landholding and longer-term redevelopment potential added another dimension to the investment, showcasing our experience with retail properties offering both existing income and future opportunity.

We represented the landlord in securing a lease with DMCL Chartered Professional Accountants for 13,525 square feet on the third floor of 15350 Croydon Drive. The modern office property offers a distinctive glass exterior, a landscaped courtyard and convenient parking, providing an attractive setting for the firm’s South Surrey office. The transaction brought an established professional services tenant to the property and secured a significant long-term commitment for the landlord.
